1881 Hydro Gin (70CL, 40.0%)

The Hydro Gin is a classic Scottish London Dry Gin which is made using a selection of locally grown botanicals and spring water. It's distilled using a total of 12 botanicals including juniper, hawthorn, birch, fir and citrus, many of which are grown in the Peebles Hydro botanical garden before being blended using water straight from the Shieldgreen spring in the hills behind the Hydro. This water source has been supplying the hotel since it opened its doors in 1881.
