The 1881 Honours Navy Strength is a bold but balanced and exceptionally smooth high strength Scottish gin. Traditional gin botanicals such as juniper, cardamom and citrus have been expertly combined and blended with spring water from the Peebles Hydro private estate. The gin takes its name in Honour of those injured during World War II when the hotel was used as a Military General Hospital.
