This latest 36-Year-Old, the Batch 11 edition has been matured in a first-fill Oloroso Sherry Butts and traditional oak casks.
Only a limited amount of 1,200 numbered bottles. Natural colour and non chill filtered.
Nose: Vibrant, fruity and floral on the nose, with aromas of tropical fruits layered with winter spices from the Oloroso Sherry butts.
Palate: Rich yet sweet, the fruity tones develop into oaky flavours of raw heather honey and roasted chestnuts.
Finish: The depth of this whisky is reflected in its remarkably long finish with waves of fruit fading to an enticing winter spice finish. A very special dram indeed.
