Puffing Billy Steam Vodka (70CL, 40.0%)

Puffing Billy Unfiltered Steam Vodka is a unique Scottish vodka which is distilled from barley grown within 20 miles of the distillery in the Scottish Borders. It takes its name from the specially-commissioned still which is used to distil the vodka and it is the distillation process that makes Puffing Billy unique. Unlike many vodkas which will be filtered as a liquid, Puffing Billy has never been filtered. Instead, the spirit vapours are steamed through charcoal inside the still to create the smoothest spirit possible.
