MacNair's - Jamaica Rum Unpeated (70cl, 46%)

Jamaican rum, made at the Clarendon Distillery in the south of Jamaica, which is then transported to Scotland, and aged at the GlenAllachie distillery in Rye, Rioja Red Wine and New Oak casks. A combination of different fruity, estery notes blended to perfection.

Nose – Bursting with tropical fruits, vanilla and orchard fruits, with golden syrup, strawberry coulis and butterscotch

Palate – Layers of honey, pineapple and plantains, with dried banana chips, grapefruit and cinnamo
